FAQ links on My Receipt page
Our customers with Android terminals can configure their receipts within MyCCV, but to see the changes on the printed receipt the terminal needs to be synchronized. We noticed that some users were not aware that synchronization is needed, so we added an extra message to explain that the terminal needs to be synchronized, and added links to the support page which describes how it is done. These pages are currently only available in Dutch and French.
SSO upgrade
The last couple of weeks we have also spent some time working under the hood. We have upgraded our Single Sign On application to make sure it is up to date with the latest standards. This is barely noticeable for the user, but a necessity for keeping the MyCCV ecosystem secure.
